COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lintech , Thomson Linear , Thk SPB10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann-Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetrol such as the B602B30FNM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DBW manufactured by Mannesmann-Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann-Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMR7AM237 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Littelfuse Brand NANOSMDC020F2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marconi such as 5200063003 equipment made by Marconi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marconi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marconi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U886YM00003 made by Marposs as well as the popular VF1414L original spares produced by Lust Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 55B12RA by Mac,-Gast and 5200063003 spares by Marconi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
